A partnership of Engine EcoPhils Inc. and Foundation for These-Abled Persons Inc. aims to help the environment by making a carbon cutter device. It is a laminar reduction device that can be installed on all types of engines and creates a more efficient fuel/air blending for lower consumption plus greatly lowered emissions. FTI will provide persons with disabilities who are qualified to the Engine EcoPhils to create the device.
