In the 3rd quarter of 2024, the Person with Disability group, funded by LGF, is thriving. They manage a store selling rice, vegetables, and fruits, while also gardening and constructing a communal kiosk. The group recently visited VSU for inspiration on planting native trees. Meanwhile, mangrove growers are flourishing, with a 90% survival rate reported by the new MENRO. Mayapis mangroves are being propagated for front planting, and the team is committed to providing extra care and protection to ensure the seedlings’ continued growth and survival.
