As typhoon Rai landed in the Philippines, damage to houses was experienced by Persons with Disabilities. Through the Partnership of Life Giving Forest e.V. and Foundation for These-Abled Persons Inc., they have purchased materials to repair the damages to their houses. The assessment process happened to the members of the cooperatives to rebuild their rainwater collector and their houses. Some of the houses were rebuilt through their initiative while others weren’t due to financial reasons. with this emergency response partnership, Persons with Disabilities were happy and grateful that their houses were reconstructed.
Partnership of Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Deutschland e.V. (ASB) and Foundation for These-Abled Persons Inc (FTI) beneficiaries are groups and cooperatives that are consist and managed of Persons with Disabilities received the support on their Livelihood. through this partnership they received chickens laying eggs and also the pre-ranged chicken to be marketed and sell to their community and to help them to their daily needs.
